ILMC might be sold out but there are a few passes remaining for Futures Forum, the one-day event which invites young live music professionals to the conference on Friday 3 March. All ILMC delegates are encouraged to attend, but if you have younger team members who might benefit from attending on a subsidised day pass, please do let them know or sign them up.

On Friday morning, Meet the New Bosses: Class of 2023 adds Zoe Williamson, UTA and Seny Kassaye from FORT Agency to its growing panel; Down The Drain’s Nikoline Skaarup and One Fiinix Live’s Emma Davis sign up for Live After TikTok, which will be hosted by Sammy Andrews from Deviate Digital; and Mira Silvers from FORT Agency and Louise Broni-Mensah from Shoobs join the panel for The Young Entrepreneur.

Friday afternoon sees Théo Quiblier from Takk, Lizzie Ford from CAA, Chris Beltran from DF Concerts, and ATC Live’s Cils Williams sign up for Now That’s What I Call 2023; while OK, Boomer: Closing the generation gap, part II welcomes CAA’s Emma Banks and Bilge Morden.

True Sustainability host Kirstie Loveridge from AEG Europe, meanwhile, is joined by Dotun Bolaji from Runway Artists, Wasserman Music’s Flo NosedaFrancine Gorman from Keychange, and Vikki Chapman from Green Nation/Live Nation (UK).

Soapbox Sessions I welcomes Dan Rais from CAA, Jodi Milstein from RockStarTherapy, Emma Wiggin from West Wick Management, and Music Venue Trust’s Beverley Whitrick and Clara Cullen; whilst Melanie Eselevsky from Move Concerts, Vladyslav Yaremchuk from Atlas Festival, Steve Tilley from Kilimanjaro Live, and Gaffer of the Year Nicole Massey join Soapbox Sessions II.

And this year’s Futures Forum Hot Seat guest is Bobby Vylan – half of award-winning London duo Bob Vylan – “the most exciting and important punk band in the UK in 2022.”

Friday’s programme also includes our trio of touring/family entertainment panels, which welcome Manon Delaury from TEO and Liz Koravos from The Arches to Touring Exhibitions: The quick-fire spectacularFabien Riggall from LOST and Ingrid Sutej from Temple Live Entertainment to The big conversation, which will be hosted by IQ Magazine’s James Drury with an intro from Semmel Concerts’ Christoph Scholz; and Returning to the Road, which will see Christoph Scholz return alongside The Luna Cinema’s George Wood and panellist Kurt Baker from NEON Global.
