Prices
All prices on the hotel booking form include VAT but exclude breakfast.
Internet access is complimentary for delegates during the conference, Tuesday to Friday inclusive.
Confirmation
After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation of your booking directly from the Royal Lancaster Hotel.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of booking (Monday-Friday), click here to check that your request has been received.
IMPORTANT
- In order to maintain exclusivity at the Royal Lancaster Hotel and prevent unsold rooms on the Thursday night of the conference, there is a two-night minimum stay on Weds 1 and Thurs 2 March.
- Bookings that check out on Thurs 2 March will be cancelled and placed on a last-minute waiting list, pending availability after Weds 22 February 2023.
- Please note that if you book accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday and then cancel one night, you will incur a charge for the cancelled night unless the room can be resold.
- You must be a registered delegate to stay at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. Rooms booked by non-delegates will be cancelled.
