IPM: The great production debate

This extended production-focussed panel takes place in two parts. We start with a close look at the live music value chain with representatives from each sector of the business from the manager right through to production personnel and suppliers. Between rising costs, supply chain issues, and inflation, how can the industry holistically work together to solve these challenges? Airing different views from across the business, how can we work together to address this triple challenge?

The second part of the session is a unique Q&A with IQ’s Gaffer 2022, Nicole Massey (Billie Eilish) and her mentor Bill Leabody. Nicole will be walking us through her journey to production manager and how she sees her career helping future heads of major productions. As one of the world’s top production managers and in what promises to be a fascinating conversation, Nicole is keen to share her thoughts on gender, inclusivity, and breaking the mould of a male-dominated industry.
