CHAIR: Kirstie Loveridge, AEG Europe (UK)

Sustainability may be the buzzword of the moment but it’s not just green issues the industry needs to tackle in order to keep the ecosystem alive.

True sustainability means balancing the environmental, the economic, and the social in order to attract and retain talent and ensure our business thrives long-term. How can we contemplate environmentally friendly touring without ensuring that those on the road are guaranteed a safe and equitable workplace? And how can we attract top talent if our business doesn’t place inclusivity at the forefront of our recruitment strategies?

Considering the live music business as a whole, the panel will discuss solutions for sustainable employment, pathways into the industry, and how to cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for all.
