Caroline has been working in and around the live music industry for the last 25 years and running her own business, MATA, for the last four.

Prior to launching MATA, Caroline started her career as a touring assistant at Asgard, then a short stint with Mean Fiddler leading to being a concert promoter at Metropolis Music for nearly ten years, working with Kings of Leon, Paolo Nutini, and The Maccabees. She then moved on to CAA where she started up the Music Brand Partnerships Department, negotiating and executing commercial deals and private and corporate events for ten years, sourcing campaigns for the likes of Will I am, Florence & The Machine, Kylie, Enrique Iglesias, and Nicole Scherzinger to name a few.

MATA Agency is an independent music and talent agency based in London representing talent across all entertainment sectors for their private and corporate bookings and commercial campaigns working on behalf of artists but also events. MATA is also the exclusive commercial agent for the actor, writer, producer, and musician Riz Ahmed, as well as Letitia Wright. In 2022 alone, MATA worked with Lady Gaga, led the Short Film Project with Riz Ahmed that won Best Live Action Short at The Oscars 2022, booked the talent for the PGA European Tour as well as working on events or campaigns for AMI, Valentino, and Cartier, with the vast majority being outside the UK.
