In his ever-expanding search to connect music, culture, and sports, Dusko leads the artist development and marketing strategies for Sony’s Latin-Iberian artists into non-Spanish-speaking territories across Europe, Canada, and Asia-Pacific. A London-based, forward-thinking executive who loves music and creativity, his position takes him to all corners of the world, having built the profiles of recording artists on a global level over the past 20 years.
As an executive in the entertainment business over the past two decades, Dusko has helped artists such as Rosalía, Shakira, Enrique Iglesias, Rauw Alejandro, Jennifer Lopez, Maluma, and Nicky Jam build out their brands to reach fans and consumers on a global scale. Dusko’s passion for supporting the artists stems from a lifelong love of music, beginning his career as a DJ and promoter in the New York City club scene.
In addition to having a knack for signing, developing, and marketing international talent, Dusko embraces the marriage of music and sports having worked on campaigns for FIFA World Cup, Olympics, and premier European football clubs.
