Francine Gorman is the project manager (UK) for the Keychange gender equality initiative, empowering women and gender-expansive creators and music professionals to transform the future of music, and encouraging the industry to work towards a representative future.

Francine is also the director of the UK-based music consultancy Bad Rituals, where she holds roles as a strategist, content/event producer, consultant and editor, working with clients including the Nordic Music Export and Deezer.
