Helen Johns is the director of ticketing for the European Festival Division at AEG Presents.

With over 18 years of experience working in the industry, Helen has amassed a vast wealth of expertise when it comes to live music events. Since joining AEG in 2012, Helen has managed ticketing for tours such as Rod Stewart and The Who, and in 2020 went on to lead ticketing and hospitality operations for the festivals portfolio, including BST Hyde Park and All Points East.

Recently, Helen has led the transition to a fully mobile ticketing system for all AEG festivals, whilst also working on new ticketing technologies for their future events.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys running and yoga.
