Lenny Watson is one of the co-founding directors of Sister Midnight, a not-for-profit organisation who are working to set up the first community-owned music venue in Lewisham, south London. Having experienced the challenges associated with running a grassroots music venue first hand, Lenny is interested in new models and ways of working that can futureproof the grassroots cultural sector.

She is also a lecturer at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in west London, a co-operative practitioner working with the Community Shares Company, and a member of the Co-operatives UK National Youth Board.
