Lotje Horvers (Amsterdam, NL) has been a tour manager since 2003, managing productions at club, theatre- and arena-level. Her clients include Within Temptation, Fever Ray, Robyn, Röyksopp, M83 and the Knife. She won the 2020 Women in Live Music “Tour Manager of the year” award, is a frequent panelist on diversity in the live music industry, and sits on the committee of the Tour Production Group.

Last year, she co-launched non-profit Backstage Pass, aimed at improving diversity and inclusion in the Dutch live music industry.
