Paul runs the Music Manager Forum’s groundbreaking Music Managers Accelerator supported by YouTube Music. The initiative is the world’s first independent funding and professional development programme designed solely for artist, songwriter, and producer managers.

Paul has a background in public funding, diversity, and inclusion from his roles at Arts Council England and Attitude is Everything. His entry into the music industry began mucking out the barn and booking bands in the early days of the then community-run Truck Festival before going on to manage a number of major label and indie acts.
