Weining is the co-founder of LUCfest, a three-day showcase festival and conference in Tainan, Taiwan. She has spent her working life getting Taiwanese and Asian musicians into the global market, and is the international manager for artists like Phum Viphurit and ADOY.

Throughout the years, Weining has developed a great knowledge of the music market. Nowadays, she splits her time between Asia and Europe and is passionate about networking and building an Asian music industry platform.
