Emma started her career in artist management over 12 years ago and is now the founder of Westwick Management, an artist-led company where her approach is tailored to every unique artist to help them achieve their potential in music.

Having been forced to take a break due to an autoimmune illness and disability, Emma has fought her way back to health and wants to show and inspire people that a career in the music industry is possible with a disability.
